If you would like to become a Cancer Research Wales Volunteer contact us. You may wish to help out in one of our stores, marshal at our annual bike ride, help sort through donated items, or join one of our many bucket collections. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Silly socks
This is a great way to have some fun and raise funds for Cancer Research Wales. It's so easy! Just get your friends and family to sponsor you to wear silly socks for a day (the sillier the better). You could involve your workplace, school or club, and help raise funds.

Million Mile Challenge
£1Million can go a long way in the fight against cancer that is why Cancer Research Wales is asking the people of Wales to take part in this challenge - together we can make a difference.
We are asking you to go the extra mile for Cancer Research Wales. You may wish to walk a mile, run a mile or cycle a mile; in fact there are many ways that you can accomplish this challenge, you may even wish to do more! For every mile you achieve either pay £1.00 or use our sponsorship form and ask your family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you. We can achieve our £1million goal.
