Different tiers of people play a vital role in the efficient functioning of Cancer Research Wales. The whole organisation, from fundraisers to researchers, can be viewed like this:

The people who leave legacies or make donations without which none of our valuable research could happen.

The volunteers who, both with and without staff, organise our fundraising.

The Cancer Research Wales staff whose total costs only amount to 10% of the money rasied.

The officers and members of the Management Board who are all volunteers and whose expertise costs the charity nothing.
